Searching for a new Home using the Internet

It is late at night, the kids are in bed and the husband is asleep in front of the TV in the small family room!

You are by yourself and dreaming about buying a new home in a new neighborhood. Most people would go to Google and type in this search: "Houses for sale in Victoria BC" or "MLS Listings Victoria BC" and you will find my website www.oleknudsen.com around page 1 or 2 within the first 20 listings!

My suggestion to you is to use "neighborhoods" for your searches f. eks. a search like this: "listings of homes in Fairfield Victoria BC" would bring a result of Agents' Websites who specializes in your preferred Neighborhood and also Craigslist! This website Craigslist is very good and many Real Estate Agents use this as well as MLS! To search Craigslist just search for Craigslist Victoria BC and then within this site search for Real Estate!

So for your next search use Neighborhood to pinpoint Agents and Location of your Dream Home!
